BDG Win Deposit Missing After UPI Payment

I use the BDG Win betting app and today I deposited 4,400 rupees into my BDG Win account via UPI using the Fampay application. The amount was debited from my Fampay account, but it has not been credited to my BDG Win game account. When I contacted BDG Win customer support, they first said that the receipt was being verified and asked me to wait, and then my report was cancelled without any clear explanation. I was not given any information about why the deposit was not credited or what stage the verification is at. I request that my missing deposit of 4,400 rupees be immediately credited to my BDG Win account or, if this is not possible, that I am clearly informed in writing about the situation and the transaction is resolved as soon as possible.
