Yves Rocher Orders Always Get Stuck at the Couriers Office

Again Bilecik Aras Cargo branch problem. I haven't counted the number of complaints I made, or the subject of all, Yves Roche should also be informed about this situation. It seems like everything is so cheap and things are so easy, and we are also dealing with the shipping problems of big companies like Yves Roche. I don't go and pick up my cargo until it arrives at my door. My refund will be done  immediately, this time I will deal with them using other methods, and as you can imgine no more of this company for me, thx.
