I made a purchase on May 8, 2024, using the website. The order number is #P3645505. Regrettably, the items sustained damage during transit, and the shipping company duly recorded the incident and returned the package without completing the delivery to me. I've been trying for 5 business days to have the order resent to me. But I don't get any notifications through SMS or email unless I ask about the status. We haven't received the order. Could you speed up the reshipment of my order, please?
