Yun Express Marked My Welding Machines as Delivered, But I Never Received Them

I ordered a gas-shielded welding machine and a plasma welding machine, along with a third machine that was supposed to be shipped together. However, according to Yun Express tracking, my package was marked as delivered on January 27, 2025, at 13:36—yet I never received anything.

One of the machines was supposed to be sent as a sample, but none of them arrived at my address. I have no idea where my shipment is, and there is no way to reach Yun Express for clarification.

I need urgent assistance to locate my missing machines. If they were delivered, where are they? Who signed for them? Yun Express must take responsibility and resolve this issue immediately!
