On August 4, 2025, at 20:28, I deposited ₺1,000 into my Youwin account (username: Salihh0). Despite completing the transaction, the money never appeared in my balance. This is unacceptable, as users expect deposits to be processed instantly or at least within a reasonable timeframe.
I immediately attempted to reach out to customer support, but the service seems to be non-existent. I even sent an email with my payment receipt (dekont) attached, yet no one has bothered to respond or provide an update. In the past, Youwin was a more reliable platform, but lately it has deteriorated badly.
It feels like the company has shifted from focusing on customer satisfaction to ignoring customer issues entirely. A betting site should never leave deposits in limbo, especially when proof of payment has already been submitted.
I demand that Youwin credit the ₺1,000 deposit to my account immediately or refund it back to my bank account. If this is not resolved quickly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities. Customers deserve transparency and timely support, not silence.
