Upbit Gave Me the Worst KYC Experience and Wasted My Time
My KYC experience with Upbit was the worst I had ever had. From the EU, the US, Japan, and even smaller platforms in South Korea, I have utilized banking services; none have been as annoying as this. The verification process is unduly tiresome and requires constant paperwork submissions only for their rejection without sufficient justification. When I contacted customer service for assistance, I got nebulous answers that did nothing. Weeks became months, and still I couldn get into my account. I quit and completely closed my account at last. Upbit clearly does not respect the time or confidence of its clients. I will be moving my money elsewhere to a genuinely functional platform.
