I Cannot Access YouGov Account - Please Help!
I have been unable to access my YouGov account for about two weeks. When I try to log in, I receive a warning saying “there is a problem with your account, please contact us” and the system does not allow me to enter my account in any way. During this time, I have written to YouGov support many times via the communication channels available on the site, but I have not received any response. My account has approximately 970 points accumulated from the surveys I participated in, and I am concerned that I will not be able to use these points due to this access problem. My account is registered under the name F*** Nurten Y*** and the e‑mail address gonen***@gmail.com. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, that I be informed of the reason for this restriction, that my access be restored as soon as possible, and that my accumulated points be preserved without any loss.
