On August 1, 2025, at around 4:00 a.m., my Yoho Live account (ID: 83368706) received a permanent device ban under the reason “politics.” The only explanation provided was that the incident occurred during a “picture song” event, but I did not share any political content and I firmly believe that I did not violate any rules. There was no payment or balance loss associated with my account. I have not yet contacted customer support regarding this issue.
I request that my account be reinstated and that a detailed explanation be provided about the reason for this ban.
