On November 10, 2025, at 12:09 a.m., my Litmatch account was banned until June 4, 2124, on the grounds of “behavior that violates community guidelines.” However, I did not receive any prior warning or detailed explanation regarding this action. I believe the ban is unjustified, and since my account holds personal and emotional value, I am requesting that it be reinstated.
I have not used any paid membership or made any in-app purchases, and I have not sought alternative solutions during the ban period. I only wish to have my existing account reactivated. I kindly ask for a detailed explanation of the situation and for my account to be reopened.
