I Can’t Log Into My Yoga-Go Account After Paying ₺849

I purchased a 2-month subscription to Yoga-Go for $25.99 (about ₺849), downloaded the app, and was excited to get started—but I’ve been completely locked out ever since. I can’t log into my account, and I’ve tried multiple times on both my phone and my computer. No matter what I do, no password reset email is sent to my inbox.
It’s incredibly frustrating that after paying for a service, I can’t even access what I’ve paid for. There’s no customer support response, no way to reach anyone, and no clear solution on their website either.
I demand a full refund for the subscription I can’t use and expect a prompt response from the Yoga-Go team. This level of inaccessibility and lack of support is unacceptable for a paid service.
