Yoga GO Overcharged Me After Cancellation – I Want a Refund

I signed up for the Yoga GO program for only two months. In the first month, I was charged the agreed monthly fee of $15.19, which I paid with my credit card. However, midway through the second month, I canceled my subscription—yet they still charged me $38.95, more than twice the original amount!

I did not authorize this extra charge, and I demand a refund of the excess $23.76 that was unfairly deducted from my account. Why was I overcharged after canceling?

Yoga GO needs to stop charging users more than the agreed amount and respect cancellations. I expect my refund (₺) to be processed immediately! Fix this now!
