Yoga-Go Refused to Refund My Subscription Despite Repeated Requests

Before the $35 automatic monthly payment showed up on my account, I forgot to stop my Yoga-Go subscription. I explained my circumstances and promptly sought a refund, but the firm flatly denied. I have done everything—even virtually begging—asking politely, outlining how much this money matters to me, That $35 would be two family dinners for me, but Yoga-Go wouldn't budge no matter how many times I got in touch. Their inflexible policy and lack of compassion truly irritate me. Policies are in place, hence even a small amount of customer service would be much appreciated. Once they have your money, it is obvious they are not interested in helping you out, hence I would not suggest this app to anyone.
