Yemek Sepeti Made Me Wait 3 Hours Did Not Deliver and Refused to Cancel

I ordered from Yemek Sepeti three hours ago, and it hasn't been delivered yet. The status kept updating to "on the way," but the delivery never arrived. In the meantime, I felt quite embarrassed in front of my customers, struggling to explain the delay in their food delivery. They say the delay is because of snowfall, but it’s not as if there’s a meter and a half of snow obstructing the roads in Istanbul. They should really consider halting orders when weather conditions are problematic, rather than leaving customers in limbo. On top of everything, they impose an extra ₺30 for cash payments while their service remains unreliable. What about canceling the order? That's not possible, as they just won't agree. This entire experience has been utterly disappointing, and I truly regret my decision to go with Yemek Sepeti.
