Yemek Sepeti Does Not Accept the Coupons

Even though I had a discount ticket from a bus company that is completely legal, Yemek Sepeti refused to accept it. I double-checked all the details to make sure everything was correct. The coupon was sent to me via email, directly from the official campaign partner. I even reached out to the bus company to confirm its validity, and they assured me it should work on Yemek Sepeti. Despite all this, Yemek Sepeti didn't budge. In response, they wrote, “This coupon is for a specific customer base only.” But if I’m not part of that customer base, then why do I even have the coupon in the first place?
