Yazıyor App Triggers Unauthorized $11 Google Play Charge Without User Consent

While using the Yazıyor app, despite never initiating a paid subscription, a charge of $11 was processed from my debit card via Google Play on July 13, 2026. I only noticed this payment by chance while reviewing my account transactions, and I am experiencing hardship because this amount was withdrawn without my consent or any purchase being made.

The transaction details list the payment as being made to Google, but I have no other similar subscriptions or purchases outside the Yazıyor app. The fact that this amount was taken from my card despite never explicitly starting a subscription within the app raises serious security concerns. I am also unable to find a phone number or clear support channel to contact, either within the app or on Google Play.

I demand that this unauthorized charge of $11 be canceled and refunded to my debit card as soon as possible, and that any subscription that appears to have been started be terminated immediately. Furthermore, I request a written explanation detailing how and through what means this transaction occurred.
