Yapi Kredi Bank's Failure to Deliver Promised Action


The indifference shown by Yapi Kredi's personal banking representative and customer service staff has shocked and disgusted me. I attempted to send money abroad using Swift on October 18, 2023; however, the transaction was reversed the following day, October 20, 2023, citing a problem that originated with Yapi Kredi. There has been no progress made toward resolving the issue in spite of the numerous emails, complaints, phone calls, and subsequent follow-ups. It is getting harder and harder to maintain the belief that the branch does not exist in some kind of parallel universe or other similar place.
