Yapi Kredi Bank Is Now Charging Period Interest To Quake Victims

I hope we never face such a devastating disaster in our state and country again. Yapi Kredi initially assured us that during the earthquake months, they would postpone our debts without charging any interest. However, months later, I discovered that period interest had been added to my account. It's disheartening to see that Yapı Kredi is not acting in the best interest of its customers and is causing them distress. Additionally, without my knowledge, they changed the terms of my deferred Consumer Shopping loan and even sent me a legal warning message. To put it simply, they victimize you first and then fail to address your concerns. Weeks have passed, and they haven't responded to my issue. I can't fathom how their conscience allows this. I am seeking a refund of the 831 TL and 66 Kurus interest that was deducted from my account. It's only fair that Yapi Kredi rectifies this situation promptly.
