Yapı Kredi Bank Cash Withdrawal Transaction Cancellation

I've had to deal with Yapi Kredi Bank several times as a result of an incorrect transaction I made. Unfortunately, the solutions they've proposed have always worked against my best interests. Despite following the advice of their customer representative and attempting to rectify the situation, they insist that the transaction cannot be canceled. As a result, I am very disappointed with both the bank and the erroneous customer service representative. My dissatisfaction stems from the fact that I've been looking for a fair resolution but have been met with resistance and unhelpful responses from the bank. It's discouraging to run into such roadblocks when attempting to correct a mistake, especially when relying on the bank's advice. I'm forced to file a complaint against both the bank and the customer service representative who provided incorrect information. This has not been a pleasant experience, and I am hoping to find a solution that truly addresses my concerns.
