Double Deposited Funds: Yapi Kredi Bank's Error Could Lead to Legal Action

Hello there, Yapi Kredi Bank. Unbeknownst to me, on October 9, 2023, you deposited the proceeds from the sale of my investment lots into my account twice. I used the funds to pay off my debts. However, your actions, which resulted in a negative balance in my investment account and the blocking of my existing lots while charging interest on the debt, are all illegal. The bank that made the error is attempting to punish me for it. I want to be clear that I do not accept interest charges and am willing to repay the debt in interest-free installments. I've already informed customer service of the situation. If this does not resolve the problem, I will refer it to the BDDK (Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency), the Consumer Arbitration Board, and the CMER (Presidential Communication Center). If those avenues fail to produce a resolution, I am prepared to take the case to court.
