Yapi Kredi Bank Overcharged Annual Card Fee - Request for Refund

On 20th July 2023, an unauthorized charge of 456.5 TL under the label 'Annual Card/Membership Fee' was imposed on my credit card, and it appeared on my July statement. I'm really frustrated with this! So, I'm demanding an immediate suspension of my credit card and a full refund for this unwarranted fee. According to Article 11, Paragraph 5 of the Regulation on Principles and Procedures for Fees to be Collected from Financial Consumers, an annual fee is only valid for the year following the charge. Since my current fee-based card is being canceled, I insist on receiving a refund for the unused months, as per the regulations. Otherwise, I'll have no choice but to escalate the matter to the Turkish Banking Association's Individual Customer Arbitration Committee. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly and fairly.
