Yapi Kredi Bank Not Releasing Payment, Recall Request Denied

I have sent money from United Kingdom bank NatWest to one of their account holder but yapikredi bank didn't release the money then I ask my bank NatWest uk to cancel my payment and recall it back but now yapikredi bank is not sending money back and not responding to my bank, it's so sad how banks can scam you and take your money without any reason, can't believe it's still happening in 2023 when A international bank is not responding to other bank just for little amount of money.
