Yapi Kredi Bank Credit Card Fraud

I've been a midwife in the Ministry of Health for 30 years. On May 22, 2023, 29890 Turkish liras were purchased with the credit card of the bank where I received my salary, Yapi Kredi, from Ataşehir, Istanbul. On that particular day, I was at work in Izmir during office hours. On June 8, I became aware of this unauthorized transaction and immediately raised concerns. I went to the bank, reported it to the police station, and filed a complaint with CIMER (Presidency of the Republic of Turkey, Communication Center). This amount was refunded to my credit card on July 8. The same transaction, labeled as a debt, was reinstated on my credit card on September 24, 2023, along with a rejection of my dispute. I did not make this purchase and am the victim of false accusations. I am requesting the bank's assistance in resolving this unjust financial loss that has harmed my honor and dignity for the past four months. I urgently demand that this matter be resolved. I would also like to report Migros One, the company that falsely claimed they delivered the purchase to an address in Istanbul, for making false statements. This situation is causing me great distress.
