iyzico's Terrible Service – Payment Not Transferred for Weeks
I am a doctor. A patient’s payment for a surgery was made through Iyzico. It has been almost 3 weeks, yet the payment has still not been transferred to my account. Every time I contact them, they make excuses such as “the system is not working.” I have created hundreds of tickets, called customer service several times a day, and sent multiple emails, but no solution has been provided. I even filed a complaint with CIMER (Presidency Communication Center), but unfortunately, no action was taken. The company tries to present itself as “affiliated with the Central Bank of Turkey,” but in reality, it fails completely in customer safety, satisfaction, and transparency. In conclusion: I do not recommend using this payment institution under any circumstances. I have suffered serious financial and moral damages. To prevent others from experiencing the same situation, I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company.
