I Got Double Charged on 101okey Yalla and Support Refuses to Help

My account on 101okey Yalla was charged twice—once on the 20th and again on the 25th of the month. I’ve tried contacting support multiple times, but they ignore me or say they won’t refund the money. I’m not asking for a refund; I just want the chips I paid for to be credited to my account. Despite my complaints, nothing has been done. This double charge and lack of support are extremely frustrating and unfair. 101okey Yalla, please resolve this issue immediately by crediting my account with the missing chips. I expect better service and quick action from your team.
