I have been experiencing a serious issue in the 101 Yalla game on my Samsung Galaxy A55 for about one month. The system keeps taking away my chips automatically, and in total I have lost nearly 15 million chips.

During this period, I contacted customer service three different times, but no solution was provided, and my problem remains unresolved. The lack of support has made the situation even more frustrating.

My in-game username is Ersin E****. I demand that the 15 million chips be restored to my account immediately and that this issue be permanently fixed. Yalla must ensure that such unfair losses do not happen again, as players should not lose their hard-earned progress without any explanation.
