If Yalla took away your credits but didn't deliver your voice room gifts, check your in-app transaction history to make sure the deduction happened and that the gifts weren't given later because of a delay.
If you still can't find them, you should call Yalla's support team right away.
Send an email to [email protected] with your User ID, the exact time and date of the transaction, the type and amount of gift you bought, and, if you have them, pictures of your credit balance and payment history.
