Yalla Okay App Complaint: How to Report Unfair Play and Request a Refund.

I used the Yalla Okay app today on my iPhone, logged in from Kocaeli, and purchased chips worth $9 through my mobile line for a 600,000-chip package. However, the chips I bought were all lost in a single game. I believe players at the tables were giving each other advantages and that the game is not fair. I’ve experienced something similar twice before; this is the third time it’s happened. Also, because it’s impossible to reach customer service, I can’t report the harm I’ve suffered directly, and I believe this was done intentionally.

I demand that my chips be restored to my account today for a total of $29. If this is not done, I will pursue my legal rights; I will file a lawsuit if I do not receive a response, and I want to make it clear that I have all records of the incident.
