Yalla Ludo Refuses to Restore Account Despite Purchase Proof

My name is Sulman Ali, and I am from Pakistan and currently living in Spain with my family. I am writing about my Yalla Ludo account with ID 2292178, which is linked to my Gmail, phone number, and Facebook accounts. My family and I use Yalla Ludo together to spend time and enjoy games, and we have always bought diamonds through our debit card from the Play Store and the Yalla website. I have original receipts for these purchases, and my total spending on this app is well above £10,000. On 08.01.2026, some abusive users came into my room in Yalla Ludo and sent a link that turned out to be for hacking my account. By mistake, I touched the link, and after that, they hacked my account. They then asked me to send them money to remove the link, but I refused to transfer any money. After this, they wrote on my Yalla account that I was selling diamonds and coins, and very quickly, Yalla banned my account for 82 years. I only ever shared my account information with my wife, and apart from this situation, I have never used my account for any kind of illegal sales or suspicious activity. I contacted Yalla support through the in‑app settings and informed the management that my account had been hacked and abused by others, but my issue has not been resolved, and my account is still banned. I run my own restaurant business in Spain with my family. I do not need or want “cheap money” from selling diamonds or coins, and I never claimed any tax refund or benefit on my purchases for Yalla Ludo. I spend money in the game only to enjoy beautiful moments with my family and friends. I respectfully request that Yalla Ludo carry out a detailed investigation of the hacking incident on my account 2292178, including the link that was sent to me and the activities that took place under my control. I kindly ask you to remove the 82‑year ban and reactivate my account so I can safely join the app again with my family and friends. If you need proof of my purchases, I am ready to provide any original receipts from the Play Store or the Yalla website to support this investigation.
