I am a user of Yalla Ludo Jackaro and I am facing a serious account problem related to my phone number and Gmail connection. When I first registered my account, I was living in Dubai and my account was created with my old UAE phone number. Now I live in Italy and I no longer have access to that Dubai number, so I cannot receive the PTV code that is required to connect or change my details. Because the PTV code is still being sent to my old Dubai number, I am unable to bind or update my Gmail and I cannot manage my account properly. I am repeatedly asked for a code that I cannot receive, and this has completely blocked me from updating my information. I kindly request that you remove the PTV code requirement that is tied to my old Dubai number, update my account so that I can use my new Italian phone number, and allow me to bind and connect my Gmail myself. I am ready to verify my identity in any other possible way, but I need your help to change the number and enable Gmail binding so that I can continue using my account without problems.
