Yalla Ludo - Unexplained Account Ban and Unresponsive Support

My Yalla Ludo account was suddenly banned on September 3, 2025, with no explanation. I called customer service right away because I thought it would be easy to fix. Instead, every answer I got was an automated template that didn't help with my real problem. I kept checking in for the next week, but no one on the team took the time to look at my case or explain why the ban happened. Because of this, I lost access to the account I had been using for months and the money I had spent on in-game purchases. I felt completely ignored because there was no real human response, and I still don't have a solution.
