For about one month, I have been in constant communication with Xsolla support regarding my account issue, but I have received no real help. Every time I contact them, they only repeat the same response: “your account is temporarily restricted.” However, what they call “temporary” has now lasted 9–10 months, which is completely unreasonable.
Despite following all instructions and repeatedly trying to resolve the issue, I am still locked out and left without proper access. What makes the situation worse is that everywhere online, users are told to contact Xsolla directly for support—yet when I do so, they fail to provide any meaningful solution.
This lack of assistance and accountability is extremely frustrating. I am filing this complaint because I expect Xsolla to finally take responsibility and lift the unnecessary restriction on my account. Customers deserve clear communication, fair treatment, and timely solutions, not endless waiting and copy-paste replies.
I demand that Xsolla immediately restore full access to my account and ensure this type of problem does not continue.
