I Paid for 3×500 Robux but Got Charged Without Receiving Them

I attempted to purchase 500 Robux three separate times on Roblox, but each time I got the same message: “Your payment has been cancelled.” Despite this error message, the money was still withdrawn from my account for all three attempts.
I contacted Roblox Support right away. Initially, they responded and acknowledged my case with an email, which gave me some hope. But when I followed up for a resolution, they just told me to “try again later,” which is not a helpful or acceptable solution when real money has been taken.
This is incredibly frustrating. I now have ₺ worth of charges for Robux that I never received. As a loyal player, I feel completely ignored. Roblox must investigate this properly and issue a refund immediately. Please fix this and improve your payment handling and customer service.
