XM Global Failed to Credit My Forex Deposit

On January 9, 2025, I deposited $1,035 into my forex trading account with XM Global via bank transfer. The transaction receipt / reference number for this deposit is 45,000. However, despite several days having passed, the amount I deposited has still not been credited to my trading account.
Since January 9, 2025 — for approximately five days now — I have been contacting XM Global every single day regarding this issue. Each time, I am told that they will contact the bank associated with the IBAN they provided and get back to me, but no response is ever given and the issue remains unresolved.
I am requesting that the $1,035 I deposited be credited to my account immediately without any further delay, or that the same amount be fully refunded to me. I ask that this grievance be resolved urgently and that I be provided with a clear, written explanation regarding this matter.
