XM Deposit Not Credited For 3 Days
I have a forex trading account with XM Broker, and on 31 December 2025, I deposited 10,000 Rs to my trading account via UPI for account number 351403390. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has still not been reflected in my XM trading balance. Since then, three days have passed, and I have contacted XM support multiple times by email and phone. Each time, I only receive the same reply that an investigation has been started, but there has been no real progress or clear update. No reference number has been provided for my case, and the situation has remained unchanged. I request that my 10,000 Rs deposit be credited to my trading account without any further delay and that I receive a clear and final resolution instead of repeated generic “investigation” emails.
