Xiaomi Vacuum Servicing Scam

I sent my operational Xiaomi robot vacuum cleaner for servicing. It wasn't completing full cleaning and had trouble locating the charging station. The warranty-covered vacuum was quoted at 2300 TL, but they added extra costs, totaling 2800-2900 TL, without providing any valid reasons. It seems that Xiaomi granted patents to two companies, one being "GUncel Dijital," which promised its own servicing but didn't offer Xiaomi servicing. They directed us to another service called "Dora iletisim." Based on recent complaints, it appears that each service visit results in excessive billing under the pretext of cleaning without carrying out proper procedures or unnecessarily changing batteries. This experience with Xiaomi has been a disappointment. Not every place marked with Xiaomi's label is genuine. Don't trust it, don't fall into this trap.
