They directed us to another service called "Dora iletisim." Based on recent complaints, it appears that each service visit results in excessive billing under the pretext of cleaning without carrying out proper procedures or unnecessarily changing batteries. This experience with Xiaomi has been a disappointment. Not every place marked with Xiaomi's label is genuine. Don't trust it, don't fall into this trap.
