I purchased the Xiaomi S20+ robot vacuum on 18.11.2024, and I regret the decision deeply. The device keeps going offline, with a red light blinking on it. Each time, I have to recreate the map, but it deletes the map shortly after, making it impossible to use effectively.

To make matters worse, I can’t reach customer service to resolve this issue. For a product of this price and reputation, such persistent problems are unacceptable.

I demand Xiaomi provide a solution immediately, whether through a fix, replacement, or refund. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I expect the company to stand behind its product and resolve this matter promptly.
