Mi Mop 2 Ultra Robot Vacuum Cleans in a Disorderly Manner, Software Issues

I ordered the Mi Mop 2 Ultra robot vacuum on September 14, 2023. I've had consistent problems with the cleaning route since receiving the device. I began the cleaning process by drawing a map of the entire house. The robot was supposed to move linearly according to the room structure, but instead it took illogical routes, cleaning different areas only partially and returning to the station. If I specified a specific area, it would go there first, then move to another room, return, and then claim that the cleaning was finished. During the return process, it occasionally went off the rails, losing its bearings and taking a long time. Because of these limitations, it can only clean 120 square meters at a time in economical mode. I marked in red the areas that were not cleaned despite being accessible in the attached photo. The rotation issue has a significant impact on the device's performance. My friends have the same brand of device, but they don't have the same problems. How should I proceed? Is it necessary for me to take the device to a service center, or can you intervene remotely? I believe the problem is caused by software. I also purchased the emptying station with the device, and it's currently...

The return of the product was accepted, but they never accept the return of the Xiaomi emptying station, which I bought separately from the product and is not compatible with any vacuum cleaner other than this one.
