Xiaomi Refuses Paid Repair for Mi TV Stick Due to Missing Serial Number

I purchased my Xiaomi Mi TV Stick 1080p Android TV Media Player approximately 3.5 years ago through Hepsiburada. For about the past six months, the device has been experiencing freezing issues and failing to start properly. In the most recent stage, the device shut down completely and no longer powers on at all.
Because of this, I contacted Xiaomi customer service and explained the situation. I was asked to provide the serial number, and I was told that they could not repair the device without it. However, since the device does not turn on, it is impossible for me to view the serial number through the system menu, and there is no serial number physically printed on the device itself. I clearly explained this situation, yet no assistance was provided.
Although I am aware that the warranty period has most likely expired, I requested that the device be repaired for a fee. Despite this, the customer representative stated that they could not help and even said something like, “Maybe you bought the product abroad, we can’t know,” and rejected my request entirely. Being unable to receive any technical support—even for a paid repair—and being left without a proper point of contact has caused me serious frustration and disappointment.
I am requesting that my device be repaired for a fee, that customers are not penalized due to the absence of a physically accessible serial number, and that I receive a professional response and apology from customer service regarding the way this issue was handled. Due to this experience, I also feel compelled to warn others not to purchase this device, so that they do not face similar problems.
