Xiaomi Mi Stick 4K Won’t Turn On and Repeatedly Restarts on Logo Screen

I have been using my Xiaomi Mi Stick 4K for about 1.5 years, always with its original power adapter and exactly as intended. For the past two weeks, when I try to turn the device on, only the Xiaomi/MI logo appears, and then it immediately shuts off within the same second. This cycle repeats continuously, making the device completely unusable. When I researched this issue online, I saw that many other users are experiencing the exact same problem, yet I find it unacceptable that the company has remained so indifferent to this widespread issue. I am located in Adana Yüreğir, and when the problem occurred, I contacted Xiaomi’s authorized service. They asked me for the serial number, but there is no serial number printed on the device itself. The representative stated that sometimes the serial number is not written on the device and is instead printed on the box. Since I did not keep the original box, I naturally no longer have it. Printing the serial number only on the box and not on the device, then saying “we cannot help if there is no serial number,” does nothing but put the consumer in a difficult position, and I find this approach seriously unreasonable. Both the fact that a device used properly with its original adapter becomes stuck in a boot loop after just 1.5 years, and the complete lack of any solution due to the serial number excuse, have caused me significant inconvenience. I request that Xiaomi resolve my grievance by replacing my defective Mi Stick 4K device with a new one.
