Xiaomi Did Not Help Me Replace the Cracked Dust Container of My G_10 Plus Vacuum

I bought the Xiaomi G_10 Plus cordless upright vacuum cleaner a year ago. The power button suddenly snapped, and the dust container was already cracked. I tried reaching out to several places to get the dust container replaced, but no one seemed interested in helping. I purchased the product through Trendyol. The contact number for "Gürseller İletişim" was incorrect, and when I searched on Google and called, no one answered. I was told to visit their website and order spare parts, but the system wouldn’t even accept my real email address. Then it suggested logging in with Google, which felt like a way to collect my personal info. I’ve been stuck dealing with this since yesterday. Can I please get support for a simple, transparent dust container? Thank you.
