Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro 64GB Call Keys Disabled, Contacts Delayed

My Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro 64GB phone has been acting up recently, with a bug impacting the contact list display. The display lags and fails to appear properly about 40 seconds after dialing a contact's name. This problem also impacts functionality such as call termination and speakerphone activation. When making a call, for example, the receiver does not appear on the screen, and when attempting to end a call, the red "end call" button remains inactive, allowing the call to continue. The issue persists even after applying the August 2023 update. It's infuriating and has a detrimental impact on my phone experience. I'm not alone in having this problem; I've seen similar complaints online. As someone who relies on their phone for a variety of functions, this bug is a huge annoyance. I'm contacting Xiaomi to request a quick resolution to this issue, which is compromising the functioning and reliability of my device.
