Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro Microphone Stopped Working

I'm currently using the Xiaomi Note 10 Pro, which I purchased only two months ago. I'm not sure if the problems I'm having are the result of the MIUI 14 update or the phone itself. I've had some major issues. When I use the speakerphone during a call, the other person hears my voice as low, muffled, and static-filled. After updating, my phone began to experience FPS (Frames Per Second) issues, making it appear unresponsive, and it began to heat up more than before. I previously owned an Oppo Reno 5 Lite and never had any issues with the microphone, system interface, lag, freezing, or overheating. I switched to the Xiaomi Redmi on the advice of a friend, and I now deeply regret it. I urgently require Xiaomi to provide a solution. I'm in a tough spot here.
