Xiaomi Pad 8 Order Missing Smart Pen Gift From Package

I purchased a “Xiaomi Pad 8 8GB 256 GB Green Tablet Keyboard (Xiaomi Smart Pen Gift)” from the official Xiaomi seller via Trendyol. In the product listing, it was clearly stated that a Xiaomi Smart Pen would be given as a gift. However, in the package delivered to me, only the keyboard case was included and there was no pen in the box. I placed my order on 8 March and the product was delivered on 12 March, and I noticed the missing product as soon as I opened the package. My Trendyol order number is 11030226502. After noticing that the Xiaomi Smart Pen was missing, I first contacted the store, and I was directed to the Trendyol Assistant. When I explained the situation through the assistant, a return process was initiated as “cargo full,” which was not what I requested because my issue is a missing product, not a defective one. I then explained the missing pen issue again via the live support link. I was told that the matter would be handled, but I could not see any record or any concrete solution in the application. Since the Xiaomi Smart Pen, which is clearly stated as a gift in the product advertisement, was not sent to me, I request that this pen, which is within the scope of my order, be sent to my address as soon as possible. I expect the missing product to be supplied without requiring me to return the entire tablet and keyboard set.
