Hello. I purchased a Xiaomi Mi Wi-Fi Pro 300 Mbps device from N11. However, I started having problems with the device as soon as I took it out of the box. I sent it to Ouno Technical Support, and they sent me a new unit instead. The process took more than a month, though, so I can't return the item because of that. The seller, N11, the Ouno service, and the Mi brand are not making it easy to return the item. It seems like they're all putting the blame on someone else. I will no longer buy anything from N11, and I will not even think about buying anything from Xiaomi from now on.
