Hello. I purchased a Xiaomi Mi Wi-Fi Pro 300 Mbps device from N11. However, I started having problems with the device as... soon as I took it out of the box. I sent it to Ouno Technical Support, and they sent me a new unit instead. The process took more than a month, though, so I can't return the item
