Xiaomi Mi Robot S10T I Ordered Came In a Torn Box, Only Wrapped In Nylon

I ordered Xiaomi Mi Robot S10T on February 14, 2024 from the pttavm site vysteknoloji company. The box of the incoming product was torn and the used product wrapped in nylon came. I didn't want to bother sending it back again. However, while using it, I saw that the vacuum cleaner was mapping but did not pull at all. Since the Aydın Forum Xiaomi store appeared as an authorized service, I wanted to give it to the service for a fee. However, Aydın Forum Xiaomi store said that they do not provide service other than the product they sell. In this case, my money went to waste. I am complaining about all these companies, both pttavm (for making a store like vysteknoloji sell from their site), vysteknoloji (for sending used, torn boxes, no manual, parts wrapped in bubble wrap only) and Xiaomi (for not standing behind their products even out of warranty).
