Xiaomi Laptop Screen Failed After a Few Days and No Support to Fix or Replace It

Just a few days after I purchased a new laptop from Xiaomi, the screen went totally dark. I have been alternately visiting the service center and the store since then, but nobody is offering a clear fix. Along with already spending more on transportation trying to fix the problem, I paid a significant sum on this laptop. On top of everything, my outdated device hasn't been replaced or repaired, so I'm still stuck using it. It's incredibly frustrating to have to deal with a product that doesn't work properly and customer service that is lacking, especially considering the amount of money I've invested. With the scale of this firm, I had anticipated a much smoother experience.
