My New Xiaomi Electric Scooter Not Working, No Refund Provided
I purchased an electric scooter from the Xiaomi store. The scooter broke down two times in one week and now I can't use it anymore. After the two incidents, I went to the store and met with a representative named Z****. He confirmed that I was right and assured me that the product could be returned and I would get a refund. But then, things got really bad. So, I was waiting for the store to move to a different building, and then I called the company's call center multiple times. The shortest conversation I had lasted 16 minutes, and all I did was wait for a response. I had to wait for a long time, and then I had to deal with operators who didn't know what they were doing and couldn't solve my problem. In the end, I didn't get my refund, so now I'm thinking of taking my case to the Consumer Arbitration Court to start a legal process.
On 06.11.2023, the customer service that I could barely reach said that they would call me by 14:00 on the same day, 06.11.2023. It is now 07.11.2023, 11:38, and no one has called or inquired. They treat you like royalty until they make the sale, but after that, no one is around.
