Xiaomi Fails to Return My Money, Ignoring My Calls and Emails
I ordered a product from Mi.com with order number 5230**********72 and a total price of 7782.90 TL. Despite the fact that the legal deadline has passed, they have yet to refund the money to my account. I've called and emailed, but no one has responded; they keep giving me excuses like "it's being processed." Meanwhile, my credit card continues to accumulate interest, but they appear unconcerned about my situation. I only asked to cancel the order within an hour of placing it. When I requested the cancellation, the product hadn't even been processed or shipped back, so there's no reason for them to drag it out like this. They have no right to treat me this way and cause me so much pain.
