Xiaomi Failed to Deliver My Headphones and Gave No Updates On Shipping or Stock

I bought some headphones from Xiaomi's website, but they haven't said anything about the state of my order. For weeks now, I haven't heard anything new about the sending process. Whenever I call customer service, they always give me the same hazy answer about stock problems. It's hard to believe that a company this big can put out a product without properly managing its stock or letting customers know about possible delays. I'm seriously questioning whether the product will be worth all this trouble when it finally comes, if it ever does. I thought I would get much better service from a brand with Xiaomi's name, but they haven't been communicating at all. I'm not sure if I'll order from them again after this whole experience.
